I was there last Saturday. No problems except for the guys with NewCastle beer in glass bottles! Thease guys had no respect for anybody but themselves.
It was a nice quite day, the stream was cool for this time of year and the weather that day was mild!
I've been going to the Springs for about fifteen years, park by the trail, and have never had any problems! The people at Bowen ranch know my truck. I have picked up lost hikers twice and droped them off at the Ranch. I have also camped at the ranch with no problem.
