From the looks of the shoreline it appears that the water level is really low on Lake Mead. Last time I was there a few years ago the waterlevel had dropped 30+ feet, leaving lots of interesting formations exposed, and boat launches leaving your boat a few hundred feet short of the water. What I was refering to using Google Maps is what appears to be an airplane exposed due to low water. Either that, or a seaplane just hanging out in a quiet cove. I just thought some of you guys might know something about it, being the desert rats that you are. That's a compliment, by the way. My wife's reluctant to move to Arrowhead on a permanent basis, because she is afraid she will never see me or my pack mule again...
