AZ, I would say you are accurate in what you stated. People who do bad things to the springs come through all ways of access to DCHS. I was pointing out that the Bowen Ranch is a conduit of flow for these negative people just as the other routes are. When talking about these problems the Bowen Ranch should be considered also. I know that alot of good folks go through the Ranch and many who do a fine job in helping take care of the springs, Frank being the biggest contributor to trash cleanup that I can think of. Seems to me we all have the common goal of wanting to help find solutions to limit the degrading acts by some at DCHS. Of course it would be nice if all parties were able to work together, cooperate in some fashion in finding solutions to these troubles. Ill will runs deep in the people surrounding these issues and will probably, at least for some time, keep folks from working together as one group.
