You would think so, but do you remember that Italian guy a few years back who lost his case? When somebody scratched up his car. I was there and saw the judge rule against him. Scardino, I think was his name.
He lost his case because Mike Castro pulled the " I work with the San Bernadino search and rescue " scam. And it was private property with no assumed liability protection.
So, good luck trying.
