I answer the questions posed to the DCV website. This evening I got this:
Our son & a group of friends went to Deep Creek late Sunday night, we are unable to contact them by cell phone. It's Monday night & we haven't heard from anyone. We're not sure who to contact... any help you can offer would be appreciated.

I called Gary and gave him the USFS Sky Forest Ranger station number and the Apple Valley Sheriffs number. As of 10:30 PM this evening ( Monday night ) they have not heard from the group yet and he said they thought they would be hearing from them by mid-day today. If anyone has any info about this call Gary at the number listed above. He said he thinks they were parking at the Bowen Ranch. I told him about the troubles with the recently vandalized car and burnt car in the area.
