Luvemlive, your best bet is to hike in to the springs early on a weekday morning. You can still enjoy the hot pools, especially the Womb, before the sun replaces the shade. Then swim in the cool creek during the heat of day, lounge under the shade trees, and hike out at dusk. Yes, it'll still be hot, but just go slow and drink lots of water.
