I just noticed that another Representative has signed on to Lois Capps' HR 908 (Title: To terminate the participation of the Forest Service in the Recreational Fee Demonstration Program and to offset the revenues lost by such termination by prohibiting the use of appropriated funds to finance engineering support for sales of timber from National Forest System lands.)
On 20 Mar 2001, Rep. Cynthia A. McKinney (D), GA, 4th Dist. signed onto HR 908.
Let's give a cheer for her and keep writing the folks in congress!
