You aren't kidding...with all the continuances and the "final" date being set for trial, probibly not a good time to change council or jump ship. No surprise that the victim in this case is planning to sue his ol buddy. Mr. Hilpert was always in favor of a get rich scheme, with his allegy to good hard work and all. Sad however that he would try to obtain cash from a friend who he probibly aggrevated to the point of getting shot. Too bad he didn't aim for his head!
