Nathan and Outlaw, motorcycle usage on trails around Deep Creek has nothing to do with your so-called "freedom". You have freedom because you live in a Democratic Society. Motorcycles threaten recreation opportunities that the whole public can enjoy - ,including hot springing, fishing, quiet hiking, swimming, picnicking, etc. Motorcycles destroy hiking trails. Motorcycles disrupt lands that provide important habitat for deer, elk and other wildlife. Motorcycles are simply incompatible with land uses around Deep Creek. Anyone seeing motorcycles at Deep Creek needs to note the license plate and/or description of the motorcycle and rider and report them as soon as you can to the Forest Service.
