I have been calling and I have heard others call that rock across from the main pool Frog rock. If you look at it from the right angle it looks pretty much like a frog.
Deep creek up stream goes @ 14 miles till you are at the T-6 crossing. So the answer to your other question is you are not specific enough for an answer.
There are to many wonderful places to name up stream.
Be careful up there it is a long way to the hospital.
