My point above is this ; the Supreme Court had an agenda and made law by superimposing their will (agenda) making law which contradicted the Constitution.
This is what I learned when I studied gun law , because I wanted to know more about the charge which I was charged. Concealing my weapon , seemed like good common sense, not illegal.
The Constitution says I can have one at my house.
Just plain American good common sense ,,, RULES !
My Prosecutor admitted to me that she had a concealed weapon at her house. I told her she should recluse herself for being guilty of the same crime which she was assigned to prosecute me for. I think I befuddeled her.
