The Forestry Dept. will not close DCHS because of what is said here. To do something like that would lack any common sense. Written words do not do the deed of degrading the springs. Peoples actions do. The Forestry Dept. will be watching actions at and around the springs. What do you suggest, that people stop expressing thier veiws here. Strong feelings are felt on these issues and there is nothing to gain by keeping them bottled up. Just let me know when the Forestry Dept closes the springs and puts up a sign of explanation saying " Deep Creek Hotsprings is closed because people are expressing veiwpoints on the DCHS discussion forum " :-) I know there are people out there that would like to silence the DCHS forum because of the things it makes people aware of. Its my veiw that this sharing of veiws is benificial and may at some point bring people somewhat closer together on the path of finding solutions to the problems at and surrounding these springs we love.
