Re: Balanced perspective on nudity

I also lived in Europe for almost 3 years, and they definitely have a better attitude about nudity that we do Stateside, They truly believe that nude is not lewd, and they don't necessarily automatically equate nudity in the opposite sex as something sexual. I agree with QB- if you look at history, nudity was always the norm during the Roman Empire and the days of Caligula and the Roman Baths. Our problem is that the Puritans brought all of their unusually strict moral fiber including Calvinistic doctrine and a general attitude that nudity was nasty.
