The letter from attorney Brent Popolow to Gail Fry (Katrina) of DCHs Inc states:
" By entering into the Purchase Contract, Deep Creek Hot Springs acknowledges the existence of such illegal tenants or squatters (referring to Mike Castro), and that it has sole responsibility for and will bear the cost and burden of prosecuting any eviction or ejectment actions."
Katrina, did you enter into the purchase contact? Is that still valid now that Mike owns the land?
Is your intention still to evict Mike from the Bowen Ranch House?
I'm not trying to put you on the spot, but these issues are indeed critically important for the future of Deep Creek.
