I second your motion Rick. Coming from someone with a misnomer for a name it is hard to give credabilty to any thing you say.1'st of all an easement cannot be erased because someone thinks it may be unnecesary. That would be like cutting off your bellybutton. It doesn't matter that no one lives on the property. The property belongs to the public. Therefore the public has a right to acces public property. These rights are established in law. When some one attempts to deny you your rights to your property some one must fight for these rights.Otherwise, these rights or property are STOLEN . Remember "the price of freedom is constant vigalence". 2'nd If your statement that it " was a legal driveway" were true then William would stll be useing his driveway. It sounds to me like you are a city sliker. Calling a road a driveway.Did you ever look up the word informed? 3'rd Perhaps you should cut off your bellybutton .So I can become informed. After all it is unnecesary? I am glad Katrina is being constantly vigalent in these matters.Does anyone know the # of the Nobel peace prize commitee?
