Trip Report March 13

Friday I went to the Springs at 6:00 am reaching them as dawn was breaking. I have done this in the winter many dozens of times and only one other time years ago had I found a gang hazing new members. But on this morning 5 guys in gang colors had spent the previous evening and strewn Tecate cans and debris over both sides of the creek. They were yelling and making quite a scene so I didn't stay long but went up the trail to watch from above. They eventually left around 8:00 and a few regulars began to arrive. The area was cleaned up by 9:00 and normal soaking returned. Thought you all would want to know. They did not come in from the 3W02 trail, but from the Spillway.
