Regarding your comment on the "waving ones right" We all know that everything is decided on the golf course and the good ol boys clubs not the court room. Its "You give me this one and I'll give you that one" Then they come into court and act it all out. The average person is scared to death and has no idea what it all means when the attorneys tell them to "wave their right" Its all just part of the game. Then they play lets make a deal, and you have about 2.5 minutes to decide what you what to do. Is he at least being represented by a private attorney or is he at the mercy of the public deffender? (like it matters) at least the private attorney doesn't share the same lunch room.
