The forest Service spent 5 million to collect 2 million. That is why they can not afford to pick up trash like the program was meant to do.
They must increase the load on the court system to make victims off the nature lovers in the hills.
I had 22 tickets from them, I had to threaten too sue to get them to stop giving me tickets.
If you look on the back of those tickets it says:
Persons living in the forest ARE EXEMT from being required to have the Adventure Pass.
I went to court 22 times before they stopped.
You have to stand up for your right tooo ...PARR-Tee!
