I am happy to report that the rope and the inner tube are still there and look as though they are operational. However, it is hard for me to tell because it is not obvious how it is supposed to be used. I can see putting your stuff in the inner tube while you wade the creek and I can see hanging onto the rope if the creek happens to be high. Is there some other way to use it?
