Facts are facts. It appears that we have 2 conflicting stories going on here. What's the truth? I wouldn't know. But I can deduce from what I've read and been told that there's more to this story than is being presented by DCHS, Inc.
So, on that basis, let's also review additional [alleged] facts.
According to Mike, DCHS, Inc. has not pursued the ownership issue of Bowen Ranch by going to civil courts etc, but has chosen to go to several public agencies instead presumably [according to Mike] to gain sympathy/political momemtum for their "cause".
One would think that if there was indeed an ownership issue, it could be proven in the proper courts by now. Some of the documents I've seen deny any legitimacy to DCHS, Inc's claim of ownership, and furthermore common sense should tell us that there's something fishy about an outside party desiring to own land that never belonged to them in the first place, based on the occasional use of a dirt road on that property.
Does this make any sense to any of you?
