OK, Katrina,,, You have had my curiosity meter running for too long. What is the legal term for exited utterance after a crime?
I ask this the day before David supposed trial. Which, I wish we could be there for him. My guess is there will be another delay.
How do you think it will go ?
I see 5 different scenarios playing out:
1) A delay.
2) Time served with a big chunk of his inheritance for the doctors bill and his victims tummy ache.
3) Time served and some extra time to help David get clean (so to speak).
4) They throw the book at him and he is screwed.
5)They release him and apologize for the inconvenience. Anything is possible ;~)
