Ranchero Interchange, Rock Springs Road could see more delays

HESPERIA • The City Council made a decision that will allow the city to complete more major transportation projects for less money, but that also could slow down their progress.


By the direction of city staff, the council voted Tuesday to forego the option of bonding San Bernardino Associated Governments funds available for transportation projects and instead opted for a pay-as-you-go method. This will require the city to use its own money to deliver projects and get reimbursed by the agency later......
