DCHS, Inc. has a first amendment right to speak and seek redress of grievance from the appropriate Government Agency.

When a complaint has been filed with the appropriate Government Agency and there are two sides to a situation, the responsible Government agency should appropriately investigate to determine the who is telling the truth. Part of their investigation should be to interview a majority of the witnesses and involved parties.

In this case with the Bureau of Land Management when a complaint was filed none of the witnesses were contacted. The Bureau of Land Management was able to dismiss the complaint based on unsubstantiated allegations of a "vendetta".

The reason these complaints have been filed is because these events did occur. Mike Castro is dangerous and should not be in a position to conduct vigilante operations against the public with the approval of the Government Agencies.

We are willing to testify under oath if necessary concerning these events.

If this were all just a "vendetta" I'd be furious at myself for doing all this plus I would need to be under a doctor's care because conducting a "vendetta" for this long would demonstrate that I was a very disturbed person.

So, how can a person just wash down the creek the attempted murders, assaults, brandishing and firing of guns, blocking public roads, terrorists threats, interferring with an investigation into a suspicious death? Deep Creek would be polluted with the violence and harm that has been done to people.

That does not meet my idea of healing waters. Before the healing can even begin, the infection needs to be removed.

I believe that a person who represents themselves as a Government employee while making remarks on their own time as a civilian should be careful what or who they are endorsing. Maybe you really don't know what is really going on there besides the vigilantism, however, before you allege statements of facts, you should really know what you are talking about.

I assure you that the statements and evidence presented on this website, are true and factual. There are numerous witnesses (at least 25) who would testify to these facts.
