Specifically notice Section 8:

Sec. 8. Review.

Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency...

This provision will allow Henery Paulson to do as he pleases ( more specifically what he is told by the elite banksters and ultra rich controllers ) and no court or administrative agency can review his actions. His new title will be Dictator Of US Nationalized Assets. Paulson was the CEO of Goldman Sachs before starting his new job as US treasury puppet spokesman for elite interest. He was seen today on TV decrying the fate of the american taxpayers regarding the 700 billion load being put on them, but his feigned sentiments are completely bogus. This guy is a crook, coming from big finance, and you can bet he will be going back to the same industry once his gig as the treasury secretary is done in Jan 09. Its crystal clear who's well being will be looked after if he is made the Federal Bailout Czar, with no possibility for oversight.
