Katrina, can you verify that Mike Castro is now the new owner of the Bowen Ranch? Who are Kevin and Tanya, and to what extent are they partners with Mike Castro? Is the ownership of the Bowen Ranch now under joint tenancy?

I think you have made it clear that you feel Ranger Nelson totally supports Mike Castro and all of his actions. What higher authority can you go to in order to substantiate your charges against Mike and validate your conspiracy theory? Given the alleged corruption in the Sheriff's Department, I honestly don't see anybody doing anything to reign in or control Mike. If he owns the property now, I'm assuming eviction is out of the question.
