Re: 1st visit

I went for my first visit last Saturday. Impressive. I hiked in via PCT from 173, a 12 miler roundtrip and what a great hike. Left the car just after 9, spent about 15 minutes soaking and another 15 eating lunch and air drying thus no wet clothes to carry and was back at the car at 3 in time to gget home to see NCAA hockey final. I drove up in the rain and back in the rain but nothing but sunshine on the hike. I plan to return but do the short hike. I enjoyed the low key au natural atmosphere and those who wore clothes were cool and obviously not offended.
