Ord 3973 is working. With the abundance of legal OHV areas like Stoddard , El Mirage and Johnson Valley in San Bernardino County, there are plenty of places for these guys to ride where they wont be disrupting the quiet of our neighborhoods.

The irresponsible MC riders are like a scourge. I believe we need tougher enforcement that includes confiscation of vehicles as a deterrent. When an illegal rider loses his new $7000 toy, his buddies will get the message real quick.
