We had snowfall hear at our home in Apple Valley this afternoon. We are at 3000 feet, and DCHS is close to 3500 feet so the springs very likely had a snow shower today. I took a couple photos looking off west of our house after the snow had stopped falling and the sun was shinning through a golden haze. The creosote bushes in our front yard where completely covered in dazzling water droplets, shinning like thousands of little diamonds in the setting sun's light. I'll see if those pics turned out and if so I'll put one or two at my Flickr site.
