The same day there was an extreme wind and dust storm at our home in Apple Valley. At a neaby newly completed home that is for sale, the winds ripped the whole back patio roof ( maybe 50 feet long ) completely off the house and flipped it over up on to the roof. I'd imagine that there were very strong winds around the Bowen Ranch area that day too. I think you made the right choice not going to DCHS that day :-)
