Sheriff's OHV team out in force this weekend

The Sheriff's Off-Highway Vehicle Team will be working in partnership with the Bureau of Land Management over the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday weekend with directed patrols throughout northeastern Kern County.
Sheriff's deputies and BLM rangers will be checking for off-road riders outside of designated areas, plus DUI offenders and license and registration violations.
