Thanks for the info Laughing Bear :-) If the ORV enforcement man MR Smith can't stop their behavior, then my neighbor and I will pursue the course you suggest. I believe any court would see the common sense that when people live in a neighborhood setting, it is no place for the noise and dust of ORV activities on the streets or on the surrounding private properties. We will be collecting our evidence of their disruptive and noisy activities.
