Wizard, that's unfortunate that you still have to be subjected to that illegal ORV use. I know you're persistent in your follow-up with code Enforcement, but if you get no action from your current contact, take it to his/her boss. I would strongly recommend you document in writing all the ORV activity and the contacts you've had with the "man of the house" and send that letter to Code Enforcement as well as your City Council/Board of Supervisors representatives. It would also be helpful to include any documentation written by your "good" neighbors, or if they will allow you to mention their names in your complaint. Also, be sure to take as many pictures of the offenders as you can, especially when they are on the private property. The key to your future solution is to be very persistent. Good luck!
