Here is the info for Brad Burns. I did a hike to DCHS yesterday and saw a motorcycle rider coming down the Bowen Ranch Trail, south of the USFS parking lot. He went as far as the big metal USFS sign then he turned around. The illegal ORV riding on the north side of the Deep Creek canyon is out of control, with illegal trails pretty much everywhere you go. I came across a quad course up near the junction of old 3N59A and old route 2, and area just southwest of Round Mountain. Looks like some quad riders had made a loop track for themselves in the wet dirt.
