Please explain Dan.....why has the BLM spent over $100,000 of restoration money this year to rehab the illegal OHV activity damage in the Juniper Flats ACEC and surrounding areas, only to have to go back and re-treat after angry motorcycle riders continue to destroy the work.
Please explain Dan, why active monitoring of this area by volunteers and paid BLM employees continues uninterupted despite your false claims.
Please explain Dan, why the BLM continues to be concerned for the safety of thier paid employees, as well as volunteers who work under a signed aggreement, in the Juniper sub region where extensive restoration of OHV damage is taking place?

Nope...didnt think so. The satallite imagry is indicating increasing problems and the ground truthing verifies the facts. It's easy...using photographic evidence coordinated with GPS locations taken over a period of time........independently taken and verified by the BLM....it's ALL being monitored.
