The fence maintainence is the responsibility of the lease holder. With illegal MC riders cutting fences, his responsibility to keep the cattle on the range and out of Deep Creek will be difficult to uphold. The USFWS and USFS require the leasee to keep them out of the Deep Creek canyon.
My bet is the cattle will not be released this year due to the drought and lack of maintainence of the fencing
