I think the cows will end up down in Deep Creek. I don't see any consistent fences running along the edge of the north side of the canyon that would stop them. And like you said Laughing Bear, the illegal Orv riders cut the fences whenever they want. There are now signs of illegal riding and multiple trails all over the hills on the north side of Deep Creek in USFS lands. I contacted Brad Burns recently by e-mail about the ORV's really doing alot of damage, especially recently in areas around the old road that leads down to the Indian Camp, which is an area upstream from DCHS. Brad has not gotten back to me yet by phone or e-mail.
