So, when the tweeker kid from Hesperia rides his cousin's bike up through JF on illegal trails, stops to kick over some "Open" and "Closed" trail markers, then some other group of three 17-year-olds comes along and rides the closed trail because they don't see the marker, it's the three that have their vehicles confiscated? How is that justice? Or, is the rage so great that some don't really care if punishment is dealt to the wrong person, just that it is dealt?

Personally, I think the law needs to deal with the tweeker, and the problem will most likely be confined to the few defiant ones who know JF very well, know where alternate escape routes would be, and don't have any problem with riding illegal trails out of spite for those residents who are most vocal about their illegal riding.

I've heard many accusations against Ty Davis. Dave has repeatedly accused him and suggested it is Davis that is the "ringleader". If he is so certain of this, and can identify Davis, then why hasn't he been arrested and charged? How is it that identification of the bike would help if a less famous individual were to be a regular violator? Do we really think those hell-bent on riding illegally will use their own numbers on the bike so they can be identified? Do we think these people are THAT stupid? Or, is Dave simply directing his rage at the most available target?
