We have an ongoing problem with OHV trespass in a sensitive area set aside as an ACEC. There ARE legal OHV routes designated within this ACEC however, illegal route proliferation and the ground disturbance is ongoing and having a very negative effect upon the area the ACEC is intended to protect.
This would be a prime location for a "Ride where you like, lose your bike" provision within the law.
