Well folks I just wrote a short novel on access to DCHS and specifically about access from the north. Got done a few minutes ago and hit the post button and found out my " Tuple is too big ", well at least Dorthy, the Wiz's wife is smilin :-) Yeah I'm a 14,848 and the Max Tuple excepted is 8,140. Being a computer Wiz I hit a button or two and shazam, all the text I had written just disappeared. After beating my head against the wall for a few minutes I finally regained my composure and returned to this beast of a machine, my puter :-) Just when I thought it was time to get out the 38 special and finally put a bullet through the moniter and the hard drive my weary eyes caught a glimpse of the refresh button. Ah, that one has saved me before. Voila! Like a ray of sunshine on a cold, dark day the text I had written appeared. I looked at my puter and said " you got lucky this time " and put my gun away :-) Well after a few frustrating minutes I realized that " I " was not going to figure out how to repost the text on to the forum so I printed a copy. Bummer, I got to retype that whole thing into the computer. Now my question to you computer aces out there is this, if my Tuple is 14,848 and the Max Tuple is 8,140 does this mean I can get all the text into two seperate post? I may be old but I can still do some math :-) I remember not too long ago when Katrina was in a state of madness like I was tonight and wrote a novel of her own. I think it was done in three seperate post. Just don't want to type half of my text and submit it just to have this same error message come up again because it doesn't seem that you can go back to square one and shorten what youv'e just written and resubmit it. At least I don't know how to do it. I'll give it another go tomorrow and maybe to be on the safe side ( and maybe more fun too ) I'll submit my novel ( which some my find useful as a sleeping aid ) in three seperate peices, one each day, below in this thread. Thanks in advance for any advice :-)
