I'm not making an example for keeping the ordinance intact. What I'm doing is making a mockery of it. It is totally unenforceable when those with intent wish to circumvent it's purpose. With very few exceptions, you will not be able to catch the riders that are in violation and invading your privacy. Since there appears to be no way around this ordinance's violation of our own private property rights, those that give in to this misbegotten ordinance, will pay the ultimate price for not fighting it through civil disobedience. There are just too many narrow minded whacko's that want it their way only, with very little intent to look for compromise. Drop the permitting requirements for me to stage more than ten riders from my own 10 acres of private property and I'll discontinue being disobedient. Until then, you'll have to live with the discord you have brought upon yourselves.
