Please join us and protect our quiet rural neighborhoods from large scale uncontroled OHV staging.
This ordinance does not prevent families from recreating on thier own property in a peaceful and respectful way in groups of 10 or less without a permit.
It does require a permit for gatherings of 10 or more OHVs and this ordinance also protects private property owners from OHV trespass by requiring riders to carry written permission to ride on property they do not own where the owner is not present.
Now WHY would the off-roaders want to overturn this ordinance?
Please make the call and write these county supervisors.
