My concern with Mike is charging us to basically pass through his land to access public land, he is taking advantage of a situation. He provides no sucurity, if you park on the ranch property and your car is broken into will he reimburse you, not likely. When you enter the ranch and pay do we have a contract that garentees the safety of your car, no. So what are we paying for?

I see Mike as the future of our public lands, private consessonares controling access to public land and charging a fee.
