"There is no back-up required to post the sun's coming up tomorrow. Likewise, none required for all of us to know what goes on in the foothills above Victor Valley. IT'S METH LAB CENTRAL. All we have to do is visit the Deep Creek Hot Springs forum to read what the neighbors are saying"
On the same thread we read his link to "Arizona Mike" and his malicious false allegations about a local chasing off OHV riders with gunfire. Dan likes to prepetuate this myth by repeating it without verifying if there is any shred of truth to it. Whan asked to provide some kind of verification to this and other claims that Dan makes, he cannot. how about a police report or some other corraberating relaible information? If something like that had acctually happened, the BLM law enforcement would have been all over it as the timeframe of the alleged occurance was during a period of intense scrutiny. Does anyone believe that Former Chief Ranger Nelson would let something like this slip by?
The residents and property owners of Juniper Flats and the people who frequent this website all know "Arizona Mike". We wish him well wherever he is. Dan Clark kinda reminds me of Arizona Mike, but more intellegent
Who is Dan Clark? Dan Clark is a longtime OHV enthusiest with connections to the District 37 AMA and CORVA.
Why does Dan persist in making malicious allegations about others in the Juniper Flats he cannot verify or provide back up to when asked?
Dan has made several allegations, now it is time to back up his claims.
Dan's source of information, Arizona Mike, wore out his welcome on this website due to continued abusive and malicious behavior and was banned at least twice. Nobody ever claimed that Dan was banned from any website and this is clearly demonstrated by going back and reading the previous post on the subject.
The fact is, we experience a high amount of illegal and irresponsible OHV use and have been working hard to get OHVs on legal routes and areas. There are many in the OHV community that simply do not want to abide by legal guidelines. Some of these members of the OHV user group have singled out San Bernardino County property owners for retribution and retaliation. It is my perception that Dan Clark fits into this category, based upon his behavior.
Nevertheless, we will continue to support and lobby for responsible OHV recreation. The appropriate place for OHV use in the Juniper Sub region is on a designated trail.
Brown marker with number = legal OHV route
Red or no marker = closed to motorized vehicle use
It's that simple
