Why doesn't the County have a tougher ordinance like Hesperia's? And as Kevin experienced, Hesperia's enforcement levels seem to be right on. If this kind of enforcement was consistent in Juniper Flats, there wouldn't be a problem. Since the signs that prohibit illegal OHV use are torn down right away, why not get some permanent heavy metal signs installed like the Deep Creek sign? That thing has been in place for at least the 30 years I've been going there.
