Hello Mojavegreen :-) The Aaron Russo DVD also delves into this subject you bring up, and also goes into the reality that our money is no longer, and has for a long time, not been based on anything of value, like gold. Where much of the gold that used to back up American dollars has gone, is another mystery, since apparently much of it is un-accounted for. Our money is supported by a Mirage of worth, but the pressures are building on the House Of Cards that supports it currently. There are alot of potential factors in play that could take the dollar into a nose dive, and alot of countries that would be more than willing to do what they could, to see this happen.
