The date is stamped on that picture : Saturday January 15 '05. That was the road block for the Rock Springs rd. closure. Many here came upon those signs in disbelieve.
That previous picture was most likely '92 because in '93 &'94 I was in San Diego building the 43 story Harbor One Condos downtown across from the Civic Center.
These pictures bring back memories folded back into our minds eye. Dispite all of these worries... How fortunate we are to have lived in these times.
