Freehiked down from the ranch about 1145 and had a great hike. The parking lot had only had a few cars, so I figured it would be pretty quiet at the springs. My first meeting was 3 very nice and attractive ladies floating in tubes in the water. We had a great talk and I received a wonderful back massage when I asked one of the ladies to help with sunscreen on my back. Went across and soaked a bit and enjoyed a pint of Fosters in the tubs. Very mellow crowd, mostly textile, but all cool. Some very pretty women and I think the ratio was more women than men, which was nice. One group had 2 or 3 little boys with them that they let run wild, which was sort of annoying, but part of life.. Someone was playing guitar and that only added to the mellowness of the day. Hiked out about 3 and had a great day.
