Like it or not, San Bernardino County has nothing to do with whether or not the BLM followed existing law in determining WEMO route designations.
Just a side note, there were ZERO miles of designated equestrian or hiking trails included in this highly flawed plan. It was a special intrest deal for the off-roaders who show no inclination whatsoever in following route designations.
