DCHS 11-10-11

I hiked down to the springs today with a couple of friends. The creek is still low and easily crossed. The creek temp was 50 degrees. The Womb temp was 96 degrees but after we redirected the water flow up above the Aniversary pool to get more hot water down to the Womb it heated up to 98 degrees. The Aniversary pool was about 104 degrees. It was an overcast day with high clouds and air temps around 60. There was just us in the Womb for pretty much all day with only a few other groups showing up like Hippy Dave and his gal in the afternoon. Lots of beautiful colors in the trees along the creek. Looks like a storm will be coming through on Saturday for anyone planning on hitting DCHS this weekend :-)
