Thanks Laughing Bear, we will continue to pursue any remedies which will help us get these inconsiderate ORV riders to stop thier noisy riding in our neighborhood. Hello Paul, regarding your point about the officer, I was talking to a friend today who made the same comment about the response from this deputy. Also, this same deputy, in a phone conversation with my neighbors wife, made a statement along the lines of " these people ( the noisy riders ) know folks in high places ", which of course, is irrelevant to the incident, but could be assumed to be offered up by this deputy as some sort of subtle intimidation, other wise, why else would he even make such a comment. Anyway, we won't be pursueing any further remedy with that deputy. I have talked two other people in the San Berdo Sherrifs dept that definitely showed more consideration for our situation. First I am waiting for a call from a man named Oram who is the Code Enforcement guy dealing with the new ordinance related incidences in our area. I am also keeping a log of when these people ride, time of day, how long, etc, and will try and get some still photos, and maybe even some video also for proof of thier activities. Since they most likely received the code enforcement " abate " notice by now, it will be interesting to see if they start up the riding again.
